 My name is Helen Pomeroy.  I am a Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist.  


I help my clients improve their awareness of their body and breath, and to find more ease.


I work with a wide range of people in one-to-one sessions or in small group classes.  You might want to deepen your yoga practice or you might be dealing with pain, injuries or health issues.  I work with the many different tools that yoga provides to help you meet your objectives.


I teach online via Zoom or in-person at my studio in Cambridge.
