GROUP CLASSES
My group classes are Hatha Yoga based with a focus on improving functional movement. This helps to improve your flexibility, balance, strength and stability. Classes can also include breath awareness, relaxation and yoga nidra.
Group classes are currently on Zoom:
Monday: 9.30am-10.30am
Friday: 9.30am-10.30am

PRIVATE CLASSES
Private yoga sessions are tailored to my client and whatever their objective is for the lesson. These sessions can be one to one or a group class shared between friends. They can be in-person at my studio or on Zoom at a time to suit you.
