YOGA LESSONS IN-PERSON OR ON ZOOM

I teach Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Breath Awareness, Yoga Nidra and Meditation.  

 

Lessons can be in-person or on Zoom.

 

 I offer a free initial consultation on Zoom to all new clients.

 

My group classes are Hatha Yoga based with a focus on improving functional movement which helps to improve our flexibility, balance, strength and stability.  Classes can also include breath awareness, relaxation and yoga nidra.  

 

Private yoga sessions are tailored to my client and whatever their objective is for the lesson. They can be in-person at my home studio or on Zoom. To book or discuss having a private lesson please contact me at helen@helenpomeroyyoga.com or 07977 483344

 

GROUP CLASS TIMETABLE

 

Zoom classes: Mondays 9.30-10.30am and Fridays 9.30-10.30am.

 

I offer small group classes for groups of friends at my home studio or on Zoom.  Please get in touch to arrange a time and for more details.

PRICES

 

My charge for a private lesson is £40 per hour.
Group lessons on Zoom are £10.

Helen’s Weekly Yoga Sessions were always something I looked forward to. She catered her session with me in mind to suit how I felt on the day.
